Need some ideas about EC's

My current EC's look like -
- First Aid Service Team – 30 hours of service
- 80 hours of volunteering consisting of counselor of Camp Cimarron during summer of freshman year and tutored 2nd and 3rd graders with math and english comprehension
- 60 hours shadowing a orthodontist and a dentist
- Leadership position in Medical Service Organization
- Worked in an analytical chem lab for 3 hours a week during spring semester of freshmen year


What else can I do to boost my app? Please advise.

Do something unordinary that most people won't have on their application. Also, 100+ shadowing hours is almost mandatory.

Shadowing doesn't count towards EC's. It is its own category.
