Hi guys,
First year medical student. The way I currently take notes in class is on OneNote. I annotate slides with keyboard and a pen on my tablet PC. Works well. But what I try to do afterwards is type up my notes by subject/lecture so I have all the content from lectures/books/syllabus all in one file. It sounds like a good idea on paper but in reality it takes me a long time to do this (~hour or two/lecture. This is making me fall behind on my lectures. I get about 5 to 7 lectures a day and to do that with all of them seems almost impossible. I wonder if I should forget about typing up my notes and instead should just focus on reviewing the notes I make in class and let repetition be my best friend?
I can occasional type up or write down or draw some key concepts that are hard on the memory. Also do loads of practice questions.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
