Hey there SDN!
A little background about me: I came to SDN more than once as a nervous undergrad/premed student trying to figure out if I had the stuff it took to make the cut into a medical school. Fast forward 4 years and I'm over 1/2 way through my 3rd year at a top 10 program. I remember how difficult it was to write a personal statement. It felt borderline rude, being asked to confess what felt like my most intimate thoughts and feelings about medicine in 750 words or less.
Goal with this thread is to help prospective students personal statements.
