status: us citizen Medical student in an english division in Poland
wants: to work in the usa when graduating (find us residency program)
school: is certified
tests: none yet but will take usmle step 1, 2cs,ck and will get ecfmg certified

asking: what else do I need to do to get a residency in the usa?
wondering: how do non-us citizens in same situation get residency?

You should try to do as many elective rotations as you can in US hospitals.
That is the only advice I have.
