Need to prepare for NERB.. plz help!

Hi guys,
I'm a working dentist (GP) in Canada. I graduated from a canadian dental school.
I have already written my part1 and part2 national dental board exams for USA.
I wish to take my NERB exam to be able to practice general dentistry in the New york, new jersey, pennsylvania area.

-Do you guys know of a good book/study material for the NERB exam and how to prepare for this exam. Does Kaplan have a review book?

-Where to get old released/unreleased exams? can the exam (written) portion be taken on computer? How long to prepare for written portion of exam?

- Where do you guys find patients for your NERB exams?? Are there any agencies out there that find patients for you if you pay them??

- Any experience or tips from past NERB takers? What to do and not to do for the exam??

Any advice would help.
Thanks!

Your best bet is actually the NERB. I'm sure they have a website. The only prep you need is dental school. If you've already been in practice it should be a piece of cake. Just make sure you know the paperwork and protocol, because that's what will get you. This will all be given to you by the NERB.
