hey, hello all,
some schools such as Ross accept grades lower than a C. In organic chemistry 2 I got a D. Do you think i should retake it or leave it the way it is. also, do the schools still calculate it into your pre-science g.p.a????

First. Retake the O.Chem. A better understanding of O. Chem will help you in pharmaclology in medical school. This is important. It's not about grades it's about you understanding the biochemical process.

Why did you get a D?

If you did not study, then study. Get serious about your career. If you did study hard and still got a D. Get a tudor find your weakness. Do what you have to do to improve the grades.

If you are not willing to go to those lenghts to become a doctor then I leave it up to you.

Wow what in the heck is going on? a D is not passing.

You shouldn retake it because even Orgo 2 is easy compared to the average medical school course, (or so I hear anyway).
