Not knowing any negative aspects of medicine means you haven't thought about it enough. I can list 5 things off the top of my head that I have considered, at the very least, though none of them sways my decision.

I imagine that a lot of interview responses and answers to secondary application essay questions would be similar for many applicants because of SDN. It is one of the drawbacks of this forum. Too many people would want to copy each other.
