It's very possible that the authors could be using the term fairly uniquely, or at least somewhat differently than others. Your best bet really will be to read the entire paper, or at least the introduction (which will likely define the term), when you have time.

Boy, I remember having to GO TO THE LIBRARY to copy articles. Now they cut and paste and don't "have the time" to read.
 
So what?You see, google gives no explanation.

Then maybe you should read the paper. If you have time to post on a message board repeatedly about it, you likely have time to read the paper and do the work yourself.
 
So you assume people here have the time to do your work for you? If you really want to know, you'll make the time.
