in regards to the MD program in general, i know some great doctors who have come out of the program (i live nearby).

in addition, not everyone does the combined BS/MD 6 year program. You can go to college for 4 years anywhere and then do a 4 year MD program there.

with the combined program - the MD part is still the same. they just cut out all the gen ed stuff and just strictly do science stuff for the most part.

there is absolutely nothing wrong with the doctors they put out.

Clarify? I haven't heard too much about this school.

also, it is "their"... although in this case you'd probably want to use "its"

It seems alot of people on this forum don't know about NEOUCOM (and I don't blame them, as it seems no one from NEOUCOM posts here). Most of their students are in the combined BS/MD program, but about a third of their students (myself included) went the traditional route at a university not associated with their consortium.

MaKiaveli, with all due respet, you have no idea what you're talking about. NEOUCOM students do just as well academically as students from other schools. If you have come into contact with a NEOUCOM graduate that was doing a "disservice to medicine," then you should blame the individual responsible for these actions alone. You are way out of line to condemn an entire school.

One of your Professors from NEOUCOM, Dr. Michael Maron is teaching us physiology.... He's new , his notes are BARE and MINIMAL... Can anyone tell me what to expect from his Physiology exam on Pulmonary Physiology.... ANYONE OUT THERE IN INTERNETLAND help us souls down here!!!

You don't seem to be getting a lot of replies from people at your school. I don't know if it would help, but I have the 4 checklists we had to use for our CSA at the end of the year. They are checklists for Cardio, Pulm, Abdominal, and Neuro H&P. If this sounds similar to what you need I can dig them up.
