NERB Failure based on Points?

Is it possible to fail the clinical part of the NERB (perio/restorative) by points alone? I'm sure it's theoretically possible but I've never heard of it occurring. I've only heard of people failing because of exposures, inadequate patient selection, etc (so they 'autofail' the day of the exam).

Just curious if anyone was aware.
