NERB Written exam

I am a practicing dentist in Chicago and am in the process of moving to Boston. Since I've been practicing for only 4 years, I need to take the NERB Written exam (DSCE) to get licensed.

I cannot find any study guides or past exams for this test. Can anyone give me more information on what topics are covered on the test or how you go about studying for it?

Edit: Chicago? I thought Illinois was the western-most NERB state. If you didn't take the NERB, then what did you take?
