Has anyone used the Netter's histology flash cards? They are fairly new and don't have any customer review on either Amazon or Barnes and Noble. If you use these, I would appreciate your opinion.

Well I love everything Netter (heheh, I even flipped through a Netter Pharmacology book! who knew!), but general histology alone isn't a very high yield topic for boards.
Pathohistology, on the other hand, is very high yield. But you'll cover this as you review pathology (and frankly, usually you can answer these questions without even looking at the image).
Its up to you. Often these histo references will incorporate some cell biology in them. But I recommend studying cell/molecular biology with a separate more thorough reference book.
