Netter's or Gray's Anatomy books?

You're comparing an anatomy textbook with an anatomy atlas. Apples vs. oranges. So, your question doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

If you like reading textbooks, I've heard good things about Gray's. Less dense than Moore's, from what I've seen, although I did utilize the "blue boxes" from Moore's quite a bit. For atlases, my personal preference is Gilroy's over Netter's. I can't really take Netter's too seriously because of the cartoon-y drawings and how it hits you over the head by labeling every single structure in every plate. That's just my preference though. Some people really like Netter's.

Kaushik hit the nail on the head.

If you want to compare Netter's to something, it would be Grant's Atlas. I preferred Grant's through medical school, but have copies of both now. In the end it is all personal preference.

Ah oops! Maybe they were saying to get both Netter and Gray's? 😕 But I already bought Rohen Color Atlas of Anatomy since it was the one that was recommended.
