how do you present neuro patients? in rounds & complete history/physical? esp the physical exam part?

History is like any other rotation.
Physical exam begins with vitals, general appearance, heart, lungs, etc.
The neuro part is usually presented in the following order:
Mental Status Exam
Cranial Nerves
Motor
Reflexes
Sensory
Cerebellar
Gait
