Can anyone offer advice as to what works well to prepare for the Neuro Shelf?

The "Official" Neuro Shelf Thread has 12 replies in 5 years, compared to hundreds for the other Shelf exams.

Blueprints twice, case files in between, do usmle world twice. If you hate yourself you can crush through pretext too.

I went through Case files 1.5 times and read the uptodate articles on various important topics. Also had didactics through my school that were of pretty mediocre quality. Did very well, didn't think this shelf was really all that bad--it was my last one though.

I scored really really well on this one by Uworld (A+) and Neuro section of SUTM (A) and a quick look at backpain in SUTM in the outpatient section. I also did a bit of case files and pretest but didnt like them
