I was wondering if anyone who has recently taken step could recommend additional resources for neuroanatomy and embryology and how to study for those two sections of the test. These are two topics that I feel very deficient in and struggled with during MS-I, which is why I would like to space out so that I can go back to the basics and, essentially, pretty much relearn it for boards. Thanks in advance.

I Used to hate Neuro, it was my weak point.

I Passed Neurosciences in School with the minimum mark (60/100).

Now in preparation for the Boards I can say that I'm Pretty Confident about this Subject.

I learned the Basics with Dr.Najeeb Videos
They are Long
They Are Boring
But I just Had To watch the Introduction and Spinal Cord Tracts Videos to get What I need. Everything Depended on Memorizing from that Point Onwards.

Then I started Learning from my mistakes in Q Banks,
I Hope it Helps you as well as it Helped me.

Do you feel that Najeeb's videos in addition to FA were adequate for board prep, or would you or anyone else in a similar situation recommend an additional resource. Thanks!

Dr Najeeb Is waaay Low Yeild and has nothing to do with the boards,

It just Helps you as a medical Student Understand the Basic Concepts and What Neuro is all about.

I personally Liked Kaplan Lecture Notes and feel that is sufficient to give you the Confidence you need on the Big Day.
In addition to FA Neuro Sections For sure.

kaplan LN is more than enough. If you still feel weak supplement it with HY neuro, but thats if you really want to fry your brain with that much neuro.
