I know a couple people who went into neuroimmunology/MS, and the top five were UCSF, Partners, Mayo, Penn, and UT Southwestern. This is not my field, so I am sure that I am neglecting plenty of excellent programs.
Nonetheless, you will be able to see plenty of MS patients in almost any program. The key is to see if you are a good match for a programs personalities and research interests.
