Just took the Neurology Boards. What is the earliest that one can find out whether or not their are certified?

It took them several months to mail me the package with my score. They have to analyze the results from all takers and throw out bad questions and such first. I'm not sure if you could call earlier and find out, but it isn't going to do you much good to know earlier anyway, unless you want to know for insurance or credentialing purposes from a job standpoint. But even then I don't think they would tell you before the letters go out.

If you are worried that you didn't pass, try to relax. Many people feel weird about the test, and the vast majority of them pass.

I found out in November time frame. Just a hint, the ABPN profiles had me listed as board certified before I received any official notification in the mail.

yes, as passing the USMLE exams is needed for a medical license:
