What are good review/qbooks for the neurology shelf/rotation?

I used Blueprints and Pretest and thought this was more than adequate. In retrospect I might have dropped Blueprints, which wasn't that helpful, although that probably depends on how much exposure you've had to the material before (eg. in preclinical years or on Medicine).

I think there's a Case Files book out now that wasn't available to me last year. I imagine it is very good.

Case Files Neurology (released in Oct) combined with the Neurology study questions from MKSAP 14 (about 100 total) will serve you quite well for the shelf. MKSAP 14 is expensive, but a lot of senior Internal Med residents at your hospital are likely to have a copy. If you have time, PreTest is a decent adjunct, but I wouldn't make it a high priority.
