Neurology vs PMNR for Interventional Pain Management

Does anyone know if it is easier to get IV Pain Fellowships through neurology vs pmnr assuming one does not want to do anesthesiology residency? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

PM&R hands down.... though make sure you enjoy the base specialty in case you decide pain is not for you
