I recently accepted a fellowship for an APA accredited VA Geropsychology 2-year program. This fellowship offers a lot of neuropsych experience and training. If my training has all of the necessary didactic experiences and 50% neuropsych testing can I still be boarded in neuro?

Yes. I would do my best to see if there are any adjunct training experiences so that you can get some experience that is other than gero to round it out, but assuming the rest of your path (e.g., grad school, internship) still fit the bill, a geropsych fellowship with significant neuro eval experiences would still likely be fine.
