Does anyone know which schools (PhD or PsyD) have a clinical neuropsych program?

Tvjunkie17, here's a list of clinical psych PhD programs with neuropsych tracks from the APA Division 40 website. The list hasn't been updated in a while and it's definitely not a complete list, but it should help you get started.

Does anyone know about starting salaries for neuropsych?
