Neuroscience/Neuroanatomy is not my favorite class this semester lol.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any websites/materials that are good study aids for this subject.

What area are you having trouble with? Tract Systems? Our site for neuro is really specific to what we are doing in lab, but the tract systems part should be useful to everyone. I'm not a fan of the pictures, but the text next to it does simplify everything that happens in each tract pathway. Exactly what it goes through, where it decussates, and where it ends.

(Tract Systems I- DCML, corticospinal etc)

(TS II- visual, auditory etc)

I've been using my text book to help me so this is the only resource I can suggest (if you are even doing tract systems now lol). Oya, wikipedia!! haha

I absolutely LOVE Minnesota's website: http://vanat.cvm.umn.edu/brainsect/levels.html?1

I have the Atlas page (linked to from this page) on my computer. Shows you beautuiful pictures of each section, with the names of the visible structures on the left--click on the structure name and a dot will pop up in the corresponding location. This site helped me immensely with neuroscience--good luck! 🙂

(total neuro geek here)
