What is this thing good for? I can't imagine you can get much differential dx info from it?

Do neuropsychologist ever use this? I only seem to see it used by neurologists and sometimes primary care (yikes) .

I've never heard of it before, but the "brain training" stuff I saw when googling it seems like the FTC and relevant professional organizations should get involved.

I see it used every once in awhile by neurologists...it's not something I'd ever want to be associated with as a professional.

I've only seen it used by neurologists and it seems to lack any real clinical utility. I've had patients diagnosed with AD via Neurotrax but don't meet criteria for even single domain MCI on comprehensive NP assessment. It might be better than an MMSE, but that isn't setting the bar very high.
