New AADSAS GPA Calculation

Hi guys.

My transcripts just got verified. Apparently, AADSAS now calculates A+ as 4.0 unlike last year when it was 4.3.

Did anyone experience a significant drop of GPA because of this? My oGPA went down from 3.94 to 3.86 and BCP GPA from 3.85 to 3.80, and now I am super worried..

you really shouldn't be super worried. 0.05 drop won't matter a whole lot. and that's why they compute GPA without +/- in which case your GPA should stay the same. So no it won't really make a difference

Yeah you really shouldn't be worried, most schools don't even have A+ so it makes sense to make A+ 4.0 instead of 4.3.

Think you are fine! If that happened to you, it happened to the others! My school didnt have +/- tho... lol
