New AADSAS message

So i just got on aadsas to check if they have my new transcripts uploaded. ( i know i have heard about the winter weather) anyway, I guess too many of us called because they have this message on their main homepage

"Due to the February 1st deadlines, we are experiencing higher than normal call volume. Please note that we are processing documents and transcripts as quickly as possible. To help this process, please refrain from contacting customer support regarding transcript issues. We appreciate your cooperation with this matter."

I noticed that too. Is the winter weather the reason for the delay? One of my transcripts was mailed out on January 7th (From Louisiana) and it still says "not recieved". I had three transcipts mailed (one from each school I attended) and none of them have been recieved. I am starting to get a little worried. If they aren't recieved by the middle of next week I will have no choice but to resend all three again through the one day shipping option, which doesn't increase the processing time. It only allows the transcripts to get there faster. I certainly have called them regarding this issue, and I guess I'm not the only one. Now I know why the girl I talked to seemed so brief and basically unhelpful. She wouldn't even give me a "yes" or a "no" as to rather or not my transcipts even had even made it to their office.

BTW, what is February 1st the deadline for anyway?
