I wonder when the APTA will put a stop to all these schools opening programs... once all the baby boomers are gone I would hate to see the field over-saturated with PT's and too few patients to go around.

They have been given candidacy for accreditation. They will be able to apply for full accreditation status after the first graduating class and other requirements. Please note that all new programs must do this. No new program may attain full accreditation upon standup.
