I believe Carillion Clinic in Roanoke, VA will have their charter class starting in 2010.

They are actually looking at 2011 being their first class. (At least per info as of a few weeks ago).

According to Saem.org website, currently there is no active residency program at Carillion Clinic in Roanoke, VA. I do know that there is a meeting in late september and programs that are trying to get approved might get their wish at that time in order to be available for the 2010 match. There usually is at least one program that opens up each year (last year a few opened up: SLU, Case Western University hospitals, U of Toledo).
Yup. The PD is one of my former attendings Bobby Kapur. Last he told me, it was one year of administrative prep work at least before they started recruiting... so I think earliest class would be 2011

SIU is currently in the works too. Last I heard was that they were trying to have start in 2010, not sure if it still holds true.
