Welcome, Shlomo! The "Official Acceptance Thread" is merely a tally of where folks got into vet school as first year students. 😀

Where do you go to school and how is the curriculum there as compared to here in the US? 🙂

Ah, I wish I could study in the states. I lived in L.A for 3 years and I still miss it there...

I study in the veterinary school in Brno. Here the program is about 6 years (the 6th being the internship). There are only two semesters per year, winter and summer. Right now we're studying anatomy, histology, etc. etc. Their main emphasis is on the practical side, we have quite a lot of mendatory practicals every week.

🙂 It's quite good here.

How about you? where are you studying and how's it there?
