That is all we had to study from.. its a terrible exam.. horrible grammar. Make sure you read the question over to make sure you are understanding what they are asking. use that study guide and read the regs that are located on their website. Good luck!

Regulations 4, 6 and 30 you must know them by heart.. they are the meat of the exam. We also do a lot of clinician work and tele-pharmacy in New Mexico so look into that.

thank you so much.... i just started reading/reviewing....i feel like its too much to take in but i know i dont have a choice but to give my best.... is there any q and a's or sample test i can use to practice? Thanks in advance...

Have a great day...

I forgot to ask you..did you read the pharmacy federal book also? Thanks
I do not feel there was much federal.. i stuck mostly to the regulations. The major concepts you will already know. Such as scheduling and what not to do's. The pharmacy school in NM started doing an "exit course" on law right before we graduated due to the high failure rates. I feel that helped us pass it this year. Good luck... I got a lot of Veterinary questions.. i did not have prior retail experience so it was a surprise to me. But if you already have retail experience you will be fine. That exam is mainly retail.

Would you still have some of the study material from UNM? I started studying for the NM MPJE and I also haven't worked retail (unfortunately). My biggest issue with the study guide is that the links to the NMAC and laws don't cover the whole scope of pharmacy practice in New Mexico from what I've read so far.... I haven't read anything about about what to do with foreign/out of state scripts or how to fill when the prescriber has recently passed, etc.
