I am confused if they required standing orders like vaccines and also if the regular intranasals are covered by insurance?

In my state they are standing orders.

Standing orders in my state. Insurance coverage varies. Can only bill insurance if the patient intends to be the one to use it (i.e. Can't bill insurance for a loved one, paramedic wanting one, teacher or school wanting one)
