Hello everyone,
I have been a passive member here for the last year during my 2nd year.
I am about to write my step in 3 weeks and wanted some advice on what to do next.
I have been a very good student in regards to pathology and pharm (90%+ in MD3/MD4).

Kaplan - 1st time 61%, 2nd time - 76%
UWorld - 1st time 69%, 2nd time - 82%, 3rd time - most of the blocks are timed, random, 46 questions - averaging about 89% per block at this point.. I've stopped using it.
Free 150 Q - 89%
First Aid Questions book - 78% (still 60% left to complete)
I have also completed all the incorrect answers on UWorld as well.

My scores are:
NBME 7: 236
UWSA 2: 242
NBME 16: 222

I am extremely disappointed about the recent NBME 16 score.

Anyone have any advice? I would definitely appreciate it.

Based on your free 150, you should score well, I'm guessing in the 240+ range.

Use the last few weeks doing questions you haven't done, suring up what you are weak on and focusing on high yield topics

What's your target score?
What does the feedback from NBMEs and UWSA tells you about your weak areas?
Have you done Pathoma? Don't go to the test without doing Pathoma since it is much more than Pathology.

I have a star in pathology, and have always gotten 90%+ in second year in pathology.
My weakness is MSK (anatomy mostly), and embryology.
Also a little weak in genetics.

Update.

Jan 19th: UWSA 1- 265
Jan 23rd: First Aid Q&A complete simulation (7 blocks) - 260/355 = not sure what the correlation is here
Jan 29th: NBME 15: 247
Jan 31st: NBME 13: 236 (not so good- but I realized the mistakes I made)

Exam is in 4 days (couldn't find a date).
Ran out of ideas of what to do next.

Thanks for your help guys.

Looks good for 240+/-10
Review FA and revise NBME mistakes.
Good luck.
