new offer at a pharmacy software company, what should i do ?

I graduated in may, 2019. started at walgreens as a floater at 58.44/hr, turned into staff at a tier 4 store with 80 hrs biweekly which makes my annual salary at roughly 120k. I got this new job offer at a software company in my city as a "pharmacist advisor" it will be quite a drop from my walgreens pay.

Here are my circumstances to consider:
1. I have roughly $30K left on my student loan at 3.32% APR, and my husband is an accoutant making $50K a year. no babies yet, no house payment , rent /utilities roughly $920, both of our cars are paid off.
2. The commute to this new job is about 15 minutes closer than walgreen on way.
3. Better schedule, and i won't have to miss church every other weekend like i do at walgreens ( This is very important to me.)
4. My RXM at walgreens is becoming harder and to please recently, and i swear i tried, I was always super cautious with everything i do and have been working my ass off to impress her. but I really don't know what it is that i can do to make her like me more.

Ok, i'm almost certain that i'm going to accept this new job. I guess i just need to hear it from different people. Anyways, here are my questions:
1, should i bother trying to negotiate my salary with my new employer or should i shut up and take it?
2. should i consider stepping down to hourly part time at walgreens or should i just quit completely?

no, its one of the biggest employers in my state. It's topmost well know hospital software developer in the country.

Go back to a decent school for master of health informatics, or if you like to code, go for computer science/data science. I would not be surprised if you are getting recruiter calls left and right before you even finish the program.

If it's Cerner, you've got a 4 to 6 year max with the company unless you move to Kansas City and they believe in stack ranking. You will get a more serious background check so if the offer is contingent on passing that if you haven't already, I wouldn't quit your day job just yet.

If this is a job from epic I would take it. Hospitals pay anyone with a epic certification top dollar. Continue to work at Walgreens per diem on weekends. Stay in the floating per diem pool and ask your fellow pharmacist who know your skill set and give them random days off. Win win for both parties.
