i heard that next year, AADSAS and dental schools are working together to implement a new technique on letting candidates know their status for acceptance and rejection. apparently, when you submit your application on-line, they send you a gun. when they decide it's time for rejection, they send you a bullet. if you're accepted, they'll send out a letter. it sounds interesting but i think it'll just add to the stress of the post-submitting process of the application.

Yeah, I heard this too. Also, they plan on giving hints after your interviews...when they serve lunch, they'll give the "no" pile people toothpicks in their sandwiches with little "R.I.P." flags on them.
