I just posted a new soft tissue pathology teaching video on my youtube channel - Nodular Fasciitis: http://youtu.be/2jAjK8C7Y6c . It's a bit longer than my previous video (13 min), but this is a more common entity and is thus probably more important than some of the more esoteric soft tissue entities (as fascinating as those are). I hope you enjoy.

These are AWESOME! Please keep up the great work!

Absolutely fantastic!!!!

Now I will never forget to look for myxoid cystic degeneration! Ha Ha!!!!

Thanks for the feedback guys! I hope to eventually (after decades most likely!) cover the majority of soft tissue entities.

I'm glad you won't forget the myxoid cystic change. I repeated it to the point of annoyance, but as I watched Sharon Weiss during my year of soft tissue fellowship, I always saw her focus on those areas as a very helpful clue to diagnose nodular fasciitis. I figure if it's important to her, I should know about it!

I'm learning more about how to do these videos as I go. I still spend a lot of time editing the videos to remove "um" or times I stumble over my words (often), so it takes a bit of time to make these. If I left it more raw, I could get a lot faster I bet.

I also noticed that I say "you can appreciate" an awful lot in this video. I am fixing that next time for sure!
