New USMLE step II format

Can anyone tell me how the new 370 question format works. It use to be 50 questions for each of the 8 sections. Now is it some have 46 questions and some have 47??? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

And I didn't know it until I started the sections that there were only going to be 46 questions per section, but still the 60 minutes allowed to complete the section. It feels the same, maybe a little easier to finish. No multiple answer questions that I came across.
