News about Nova???

Anyone hear anything about NOVA? I'm still waiting to get in...

Yeah, I interviewed at the beginning of January and I've called them a couple times, and I am on the accepted, but no spot list. So I was just wondering if anyone has heard about any movement.

i was also on the 'accepted but no spot for you' list for about a month and a half (talk about stressful waiting)... i got a call on feb. 18 - the day that i was supposed to fly out to arizona for the only other interview that i received this cycle. i cancelled my flight and saved a few hundred bucks on hotel and rental car.

definitely dont lose hope, and try to find out where you stand. there is still time in this cycle for good news.

Yeah I was around 15th spot about a month ago so I'm not getting my hopes up but with deposit deadlines approaching there's still the opportunity a spot might open up.

i was told in the beginning of february that i was in the top 20 of the waitlist, and got a call about 2 weeks later. good luck!

I was told at the very beginning of February that I was in the low 20's. I hope my time is soon!!!!

PhucHo, some members have chosen to add a link to their predents.com profile underneath their name. I'm not sure if you knew about this or not but you can use that as a reference to somebody's stats.

I forgot to ask if anyone knows the next deposit deadline date?

I plan on calling Su-Anne in the next few days to get an update on the waitlist movement (it's difficult for me with a three hour time difference when I'm in class all day).

yeah, my bad - it says may 15th on the website, but my letter says april 15th.

Well, I just called and they said that there was 3 spots unpaid for and that there is a slim chance that I will get in. Nova was my only chance for this cycle. 🙁

Your stats look good to me. Where did you apply aside from Nova?

ASDOH, UCLA, UCSF, Loma Linda, UoP, Michigan, UNLV, Case, Ohio Sate, Oklahoma and VCU. I applied in August and now have been rejected from every school. 🙁
