Your numbers are good for OH schools, but being avg, I'd rule out public schools OOS, as they favor the home team. My suggestions below.

why not add toledo? since youre an ohio resident and all
only retake the mcat if you can be sure youll score higher. most people advise if your practice tests were 3 points on average higher, yours is 2.... its a risk. if it goes down or stays the same adcoms will look poorly on that.
