I just finished my second year of college, and today I got to see my grades. I was expecting them to be better, but they were mediocre, again. I'm so scared. My GPA right now is a 3.2... I have yet to get an A in any of my science classes, I've only been able to get them at the B range at the most... Any advice?

He would have to change his username then....in all seriousness, you should re-examine how you study for your courses if you have not been able to pull through an A. After that, maintain as many As as you can and you should be able to pull your grades up to the matriculate average after senior year or even junior. But definitely find out whats wrong and how can you improve.,

I think it's primarily that I was taking 16 units and working part time, roughly 18 hours a week.

There must be other reasons too. I'm taking more units while volunteering more hours than that and I can pull off pretty decent grades.

There's something that you're not doing correctly in terms of studying. Are you not studying effectively and efficiently? Are you not doing practice problems? Maybe you aren't getting enough sleep and thus aren't able to perform well on exams, despite knowing the material?

There are many factors that might attribute to your grades, so find out what is wrong and handle it. I wish you the best of luck.
