What are the Pro's and con's of NHSC program?

What are the benifits:

i know the NHSC is good because of tuition reimbursement and bad because they can place you where ever they would like. i would suggest talking to a nearby dental school to see if there are students in the program and talking to them. or see if you can talk to someone that has finished the program.
