anyone out there know what these are like? what kind of info they're after? just wondering what to expect. any info would be much appreciated. thanks.

They ask questions that are designed to "get to know you." They are standardized questions, so everyone gets the same questions. They are very friendly and they are not antagonistic. Know yourself and you should do well. It is similar to the questions that I have been asked in the medical school interview.
