I am a pharmacist who will be working in the NICU/peds department now and then and do not have much experience in this area.

Does anyone have a good resource for pharmacists new to this field (with good review about basics like do not use perservatives in neonate population)

What would be the best major reference for common dosing questions?
LexiComp, Neofax, or something else?

Thank for the advice

NEOFAX is a must have if you are working in the NICU. it will be your most used resource.

Lexicomp is my favorite resource for Pediatrics, followed by the Teddy Bear book (that's not the name of the book but everyone calls it that)

At my institution we use mostly Neofax and Harriet Lane.
