What is Nighthawk?
Does it offer high salaries compared to other rad jobs?

Nighthawks work at night to cover ER. They can be in a hospital based or more commonly covering by telerad. They don't make any more money than partnership rads but you generally can get that near partnership pay right out of training instead of jumping through hoops to become a partner.
