I never bought a book to study for law. I just printed the links on the NJ website for law, and I printed federal law.
Its gonna be like 100+ pages. I passed with a 85 the first time i took the test. This is what i did, but it may be a bit time consuming (this is not how I normally study). While reading through the law, i would retype what i thought was important on like microsoft word (this took like 3 days, where I study for 3-5 hours a day). then like 2 days before the exam I would just read the handout that I made (of the retyped important info). So basically I studied for less than a week, and felt prepared.
The exam isnt straight forward in the sense that it ask your verbatim to regurgitate back the information. The exam is more scenario based, like what would you do type. And so basically if you dont know the answer just choose whatever is best for the patient (yet is bit strict.) but KNOW, adulterated and misbranding of drugs. I had like 7+ questions on that topic.
I honestly finished the exam in like 35minutes, it was quick not much thinking really.
