NMS question book

Are there any opinions as to the usefulness of this book?
The questions seem much different from USMLE qBank and ExamMasters.

Also, I'm trying to figure out where I stand for taking the COMLEX and from what I can gather the best way to do this is to do the questions in the green OMT book for the OMT sections and then if your scoring >60& on USMLE qbank then you are doing ok for passing. Does this seem right overall?
