No AADSAS status from NOVA, call and ask?

I sent out my AADSAS in early June, and completed my 2ndary to Nova sometime in July. In September I called to make sure all my materials had been received, and I was told yes. But now its almost mid-october and I don't even have a status message like Received/Under Review in my AADSAS that I have heard alot of people get. Should I call and ask what my status is exactly, or just keep waiting?

I got interview invitation in first week of september from NOVA and my AADSAS status is still blank. But I guess it would be a good idea to call them and make sure if everything is fine, if you can get hold of them or just email them. GL!
