For those who applied to med school without a gap year, AND got an offer for admission, how long did it take to get your undergraduate official transcript with degree conferment to be available?

Assuming you don't have a transcript hold against you, a conferral date is usually a few days after grades are reported. Sometimes it coincides with your graduation ceremony, but it could be a bit later.

Most transcripts are sent electronically now and the school should be able to flip a switch and send transcripts within two business days of degree conferral provided you do not have a transcript hold due to an unpaid bill.

It takes a few weeks depending on the institution, but like LizzyM said, they’re delivered electronically nearly instantly. I think mine was about 2 weeks after the term ended.
