No ii- current TX applicant WAMC for this cycle (please help) (511 MCAT/3.75gpa)

Hi Everyone, I would love some insight into my chances this cycle. I've been pretty disapointed with my lack of ii so far and am questioning whether or not I was competitive to begin with.

Demographics: ORM
Stats: 3.75 cGPA 3.6 sGPA (trend: last 42 hours at a 4.0, total last 54 hours is a 3.96) MCAT: 511 (128/125/128/130)

EC's (In order of TMDSAS)
Awards: 2 Graduation Distinction in Service and Leadership, one university leadership award
Leadership: presidential advisory board rep (communicates with the pres of the university), sat on 2 other administrative steering boards as a voting member, director of a statewide research conference, passed legislation in my state senate as an intern, executive board member of a Harvard/MIT Covid Program
Research: One publication in clinical research, one upcoming publication, one bench research lab, and two clinical labs associated with my schools medical school. Total hours: 1500+
Clinical: Worked part time as a Newborn Hearing Screener (200 hours), clinical research interactions (50), Vaccination Volunteer during the pandemic (30). Shadowing: 160 hours across 6 different specialities (internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics)
Volunteering: 200 hours working in a homeless shelter (and my LOR), 100 hours working with refugees in my community, 100 hours in student organizing, 20 hours in a queer health clinic
Employment: NASA Intern, Newborn Hearing Screener

This period when you have completed all your work and are doing nothing but waiting can be the hardest part so far.
You are competitive for the Texas schools and could get an interview today or in December, and all who are interviewed have a chance of admission no matter when their interview was.
