I can get DO apps done in 1-2 days, but do not want to apply DO since I want to specialize in an specialty that is not super-DO friendly.

Many of the schools on your list are state public schools that admit very few (if any) non residents with your MCAT of 504. These are the schools on your list where you should submit secondaries:

PENN STATE
RUSH
UPSTATE
Vermont
Rosalind Franklin
Drexel
You could add Belmont, Medical College Wisconsin, Eastern Virginia and Alice Walton and Roseman when the latter 2 accept applications.
You should also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
