....i should stop hoping?
I applied early to 10 schools so far 2 rejected me and the other 8 are still reviewing my application. How could this be? Most people have already been interviewed or at least got their dates set.
The answer could be in your signature.
Personally, I think not hearing is better than getting rejections. That means they are still considering you, just not sure enough to invite yet. I know some schools still have pre-dec spots left, so don't give up.
3.5 18AA, still nothing except 3 rejections.
when did you submit your AADSAS?
I submitted my AADSAS Jun 19th, so pretty early. However, I took my DAT's Aug. 1st so that might have slowed things down a little.

I have an 18AA average and have not had any troubles with that. However, I have a lot of volunteering, research and worked as a supervisor.
Check out my predents.
True that! All of the applicants that are worried right now...Listen up! Admin commitees want to interview people with similar stats at the same time. Right now it is VERY early in the game. SO, if you have less than perfect stats in one area or the other they will wait to interview you with people of similar stats. Then, they will pick out people that have what they are looking for. If you have a 17-18 DAT and you are interviewing with people with a 20+ Dat your app. will be thrown in the trash. Be patient interviews go until March. Remember reject letter come FIRST! Don't give up hope. Those with lower scores are more likely to get interviews and acceptances during the 2nd and 3rd waves, if at all. Right now, it's still the first wave, and the 2nd wave'll be between Dec 1 and Jan 15. If you havn't been rejected yet, you're still in the game. But I'll give you a hint, you can't play ball when you're just sitting in the dugout. I'd email the admissions coordinator once per month telling him you're deeply interested in their school or SOMETHING. Tell them of the great and wonderful things you're doing. There are vast surplus of 17's and 18's out there and you have to force them to select you.
this is such a true statement, the interviews i've been on so far, everyone has been 20+ so far, so quite competitive. the deans of admissions have told me that at this point the admissions is highly competitive with very qualified applicants applying.True that!
